“ Food was delicious. I’m not a lover of sophisticated cheeses, but their roast squash on a bed of whipped goat cheese was very good. Crust on the pizza was perfect and toppings were tasty. Personally really liked the speck pizza. Most importantly, the owner (Drew) brought immaculate vibes. Dude is super funny & charismatic. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customer’s experience. Other notes: great place for a date, had cozy vibes, would come here again ”

The pizza is incredibly soft and light, and it doesn’t feel heavy at all — likely due to the high-hydration dough, which makes it easier to digest. We tried the margherita and mushroom pizzas, and both were really enjoyable. Overall, it made for a great date-night experience. The restaurant itself is very small, probably around 10 tables, which gives it a cozy and intimate vibe. Reservations are definitely recommended, so be sure to book ahead before you go. ”

“ The Rigatoni Alla Vodka had the perfect al dente pasta texture, seasoning, and amount of sauce. I recommend getting some extra red pepper flakes to add to the dish for a little more kick! We got the speck pizza and loved the crust— thin enough but not too thin so it would be flimsy and get soggy, and the flavor was crispy + toasty but not burnt! The sweetness from the pears went so well with the savory speck and gorgonzola. We look forward to coming back and trying the other pastas and pizzas! ”
